What is an exemption certificate?
If your child completed an international curriculum during their homeschooling years, they can obtain an exemption certificate from USAf, which would allow them to study at a South African University.
All applicants who obtained a school-leaving qualification other than the South African NSC or IEB must submit a Certificate of Complete Exemption* or Foreign Conditional Exemption obtainable from USAf.

Cambrilearn is an online home education curriculum. Parents and students choose between four different curriculums. The South African National Curriculum (CAPS), British Curriculum, Edexcel (which is a different UK based curriculum) and KABV Kurrikulum (which is a CAPS curriculum in Afrikaans).
